The independent label "Monocklockmusic" introduces a new mini-album (EP)” The Black Hands” by Pavel Dovgal. EP consists of tracks,which are not used in upcoming album “Bedouin” planning to release in spring 2013. The Black Hands drops on 21st of December 2012 on Doomsday.

EP includes remix on the song "Planet of Experiment" by known russian musician Assai. Furthermore absolutely new track "Black Hands".
